You'll Need

Food processor


  1. Add beans, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to food processor. Puree 4 min, occasionally scraping sides. Add olive oil; puree 1 min. 
  2. Transfer to serving dish; mound truffle spread in center of hummus.
