Spinach & Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms



  1. Preheat oven to BROIL; set rack 6 inches from heating element.
  2. Heat oil in sauté pan on MED-HIGH until oil faintly smokes. Add mushrooms; cook, 3-4 min, turning halfway through, until lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to paper towel-lined work surface; let drain.
  3. Arrange gill-side up in single layer on baking sheet. Fill mushrooms evenly with dip. Broil, 3-4 min, careful not to burn.
