  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Score dates lightly from top to bottom; remove pits. Stuff each with 1 piece goat cheese.
  2. Press 1 almond into center of each date; sprinkle lightly with sea salt.
  3. Place dates on parchment paper-lined baking sheet, coated with cooking spray. Cook 2 min. Transfer and cool on clean platter before serving.
