Arrange seaweed salad on serving platter in 1/2 Tbsp portions. Top each portion with 1 piece salmon; season lightly with salt. Drizzle with ponzu sauce from package; garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.

Chef Tips
Be sure to use a sharp knife while cutting tataki blocks. If preferred, our sushi chefs will gladly cut block for you.
