Make This First


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season chops with pepper blend. Heat oil in skillet on MED until oil faintly smokes. Sear lamb 1-2 min per side.
  2. Place lamb on baking sheet; spread each chop with 1/2 Tbsp ratatouille. Sprinkle with cheese; top with olives.
  3. Bake on center rack of oven about 10 min, or until about 5 degrees less than desired doneness. Refer to temperature chart for final cooking times. Check internal temp by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of lamb. Garnish with basil.
