Gorgonzola-Stuffed Apricots with Bacon



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slit one side of apricot to create pocket; stuff with about 1 tsp cheese. Wrap each stuffed apricot with 1 strip bacon and place on baking sheet. 
  2. Bake about 8 min; remove from oven. Top each with 1/4 tsp fruit spread; serve warm.
