  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine lemon juice and saffron in small bowl; let sit 5 min. Stir in mayo; set aside.
  2. Halve bread slices on the diagonal. Toast in oven about 8 min. Remove from oven; rub slices with garlic clove. Spread with about 1/2 Tbsp saffron-mayo mixture.
