Cucumber & Salsa Dip



  1. Grate cucumber and celery in a small bowl. Add salt; let stand 10 min. Squeeze excess water from mixture. Set aside.
  2. In large bowl, blend cream cheese until smooth. Add salsa and yogurt; mix until combined. Add cucumber-celery mixture and onions; stir to combine.
  3. Fold in lime juice, cilantro, and mint; mix well.  Season with salt and pepper.
