Crab Truffles



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crabmeat, mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, egg, and cheese in small bowl (mixture will be runny). Form into 1-inch clusters. Roll in breadcrumbs, forming truffles.
  2. Spray baking sheet lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Place truffles on sheet; bake 15 min.

Truffles can be made up to 24 hours ahead of time and frozen. Thaw 1-2 hours before serving.
