Calamari Al Forno



  1. Preheat oven to BROIL. Set rack 6 inches from heating element. Season calamari with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine basting oil and panko, rosemary, sage, and oregano in large bowl. Add calamari rings; toss to coat. Arrange in even single layer on large baking sheet.
  3. Broil 5-7 min, occasionally shaking and stirring, until brown and crisped.
  4. Serve with warm seasoned tomato sauce.
Chef Tips
Add prepared horseradish to the seasoned tomato sauce to spice up the dish. Add roughly 1 Tbsp per cup of sauce.
