Bruschetta with Tomatoes and Basil



  1. Preheat oven to BROIL, or grill on HIGH. Combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, and olive oil in bowl; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Slice bread 1/2 - 3/4 inch thick; broil or grill on both sides until lightly toasted.
  3. Spoon tomato mixture, along with juices, on top of bread.
Chef Tips
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan or Asiago cheese. Broil to just melt cheeses, about 1 min. Serve immediately.
