Artichoke Toasts


You'll Need

Baking sheet, non-stick foil, zip-closure plastic bag


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Arrange bread in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet. Top each bread triangle with artichoke piece.

  2. Add mayo, cheese, and lemon zest to small bowl; season with pepper. Stir to combine. Pipe or spoon 1 Tbsp mayo-cheese mixture over each artichoke. 
  3. Bake 4-7 min, until golden brown, watching carefully.
Chef Tips
If piping prepared mixture, after combining ingredients in step 2: transfer to plastic resealable bag.  Zip bag closed, squeezing out air; snip off one corner. Pipe about 1 Tbsp mayo/cheese mixture over each artichoke by squeezing mixture through snipped hole in bag.
