Veggie Orzo Soup



  1. Heat oil in soup pot on MED-HIGH.
  2. Add onion and celery; cook, stirring until slightly softened, about 2-3 min. Add frozen vegetables. Cook, stirring, 1-2 min more.
  3. Add orzo and broth; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce to simmer; cook until orzo becomes tender, about 5 min.
  4. Add tofu and savory; heat through. Season with salt and pepper.
