Thai Tomato Shrimp Soup



  1. Add stock to stockpot on MED-HIGH. Bring to boil. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5-8 min.
  2. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, shrimp, fish sauce, and lime juice. Bring to boil. Cook, simmering, 4-5 min. Remove from heat; let rest 2 min. Add green onions; stir. Garnish with cilantro.
