Slow-Cooked Pineapple Chili


You'll Need



  1. Heat pan on MED; add beef. Cook, until browned, breaking up meat with spoon as it cooks. Drain off drippings. 
  2. Add browned beef, peppers and onions, carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, pineapple, and chili powder to 6-8 quart slow cooker; stir to combine. Cover; cook 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW. Season with salt and pepper.
