Shrimp with Rice Noodle Soup



  1. Soak rice noodles in warm water 10 min; drain. Note: Noodles will absorb broth if not soaked long enough in water.
  2. Combine broth, soaked rice noodles, ginger, and shrimp in soup pot; simmer on MED, 8-10 min.
  3. Add baby spinach, red pepper flakes, white pepper, and cilantro; simmer 5 min.
