Pork Won Ton Soup




  1. Place 1 1/2 tsp filling in center of each wrapper. Close wontons, forming a purse shape by gathering edges up around the filling and pinching ends together at the top. Set wontons aside until all are made.
  2. Bring chicken broth to a boil on HIGH in deep, large pan.  
  3. Place wontons in boiling broth; cook about 4 min until internal temp of filling reaches 165 degrees. Check by inserting thermometer halfway into center of wonton.
  4. Transfer wontons to soup bowl; carefully add hot broth. Garnish with green onions.
