You'll Need

Large stockpot


  1. Add mirepoix and garlic to stockpot on MED-LOW. Cook, stirring, 5-8 min, until soft but not browned. 
  2. Add broth; increase heat to MED. Bring to simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 30 min, until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add chicken; cook, stirring occasionally, 10 min. Add pasta; cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.
