  1. Add chicken carcass, drumsticks, carrots, celery, onions, garlic, vinegar, salt and water to 6-qt slow-cooker; stir to combine.
  2. Cook on LOW 12 to 24 hours.
  3. Strain broth; discard solids. Reserve broth for use in cooking grains, beans or soups.
