Asian Chicken Rice Soup



  1. Drizzle oil around sides of soup pot; tilt pot to distribute evenly. Heat oil in pot on HIGH, until oil faintly smokes.   
  2. Add garlic, ginger, and chicken stock; bring to boil.
  3. Reduce heat to MED. Add slaw, pepper flakes, chicken, lemon grass, rice, and cilantro; simmer 10 min.
  4. Garnish with green onions.
