Zucchini Basil Biscuits



  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees with rack in center. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside. Combine baking mix, puree, mozzarella, and butter in large bowl until soft dough forms.
  2. Scoop mixture into 1/4 cup portions; drop onto baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake 12-15 min until golden brown.
Chef Tips
  • Brush biscuits with additional melted Wegmans Garlic Cheese Finishing Butter as soon as biscuits are removed from oven.
  • Rotate pan 180 degrees halfway through cooking.
