Veggie Noodle Peanut Salad



  1. Heat oil in large sauté pan on MED-HIGH. Add veggie noodles; cook, stirring, 3 min until wilted. Remove veggie noodles from pan; set aside. Let cool.
  2. Add garbanzo beans, Tom Tom Sauce, and agave to pan on MED-HIGH. Cook, stirring constantly, 4-5 min, until beans are glazed. Reserve 1/2 cup beans; add remaining beans to large bowl.
  3. Add Asian slaw, green onions, veggie noodles, mukimame, and peanut sauce to bowl with beans; toss to combine. Garnish with reserved beans, cilantro, and peanuts.
