You'll Need

Stir-fry pan


  1. Drizzle oil around sides of stir-fry pan; tilt to distribute evenly. Heat oil in stir-fry pan on HIGH until oil faintly smokes. (If oil smokes too much, stir-fry pan is too hot.) 
  2. Add onion. Stir and toss, 2-3 min, until onions are soft. Add slaw; stir and toss 2 min. Add noodles and stir-fry sauce. Stir briefly, 1-2 min, to heat through.

Garnish with thinly sliced green onions.
