Swiss Chard, Walnuts & Grain Pilaf



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add olive oil to braising pan on MED-HIGH. Add chard stems, onions, and garlic; cook, stirring, 2-3 min until veggies begin to soften. Add grain blend; cook, stirring 2-3 min, to toast grains. 
  2. Add broth; season with salt and pepper. Bring to simmer on HIGH; cover. Transfer to oven; cook 20 min.
  3. Remove from oven. Add chard leaves, walnuts, and tamari; toss to combine. Cover; let rest 10 min.
