  1. Place carrots and water in large skillet; cover loosely. Cook on MED-HIGH 6-7 min, until water has nearly evaporated and carrots are soft.
  2. Add butter, brown sugar, and vinegar. Cook, uncovered, stirring, 2-3 min or until glaze coats carrots.
