Spicy Cucumber Salad



  1. Cut cucumber into 1/4-inch diagonal slices; transfer to large bowl. Add sesame seeds and cilantro.
  2. Make dressing: Add vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and chili sauce to small bowl; mix well. 
  3. Pour dressing over cucumbers; toss gently. Add grape tomatoes; mix well. Chill until ready to serve.

  • To create "striped" cucumber slices, peel one strip, leave a gap, peel next strip, and so on.
