Make This First


  1. Preheat grill on MED. Trim ends of zucchini; halve lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
  2. Brush inside of zucchini with basting oil; season with salt and pepper. Grill, cut-side down, 4-5 min, uncovered, until edges are slightly charred and caramelized. Transfer to clean work surface.
  3. Fill each zucchini with 2 Tbsp dip; top with cheese. Grill, uncovered, 1-2 min until cheese melts.
  4. Arrange zucchini on serving platter; top with Poblano Corn Relish.
