You'll Need

Braising pan


  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Heat sofrito and sazon in braising pan on MED-HIGH. Stir in rice. Cook 1 1/2 min.  Add water; bring to a simmer. Cover. 
  2. Transfer to oven; bake 50-55 min until rice is tender. Top each serving with about 3 Tbsp bean soup.


Chef Tips
Don't use spoon to transfer rice to serving bowl - use chopsticks and fluff so rice doesn't break up.
