  1. Heat oil in large sauté pan on HIGH. Add brussels sprouts; cook, stirring, 6-7 min.
  2. Add shallots and thyme; cook 2-3 min, until caramelized. Add water; stir and cook uncovered 1 min. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice; season with salt and pepper.
