Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes with Garlic & Rosemary


You'll Need

9x13-inch pan


Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

  1. Add potatoes, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper to pan. Stir to combine. Arrange potatoes in single layer.
  2. Roast in oven 20 min. Transfer potatoes to plate with slotted spoon. Carefully drain excess oil from roasting pan. Return potatoes to pan; roast about 5 min, until crispy on bottom and edges.
