Roasted Fingerling Potatoes with Greens



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss potatoes, chopped garlic, and basting oil in large bowl; season with salt and pepper. Arrange in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  2. Roast 25 min on center rack of oven. Remove pan from oven; stir potatoes.
  3. Return pan to oven; roast about 20 min, until potatoes are lightly browned and tender.
  4. Transfer potatoes to bowl; add greens. Toss to wilt; drizzle with dressing.
