Roasted Delicata Squash



  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss squash, onion, basting oil, honey, wine, and vinegar in large bowl; season with salt and pepper. Arrange in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  2. Roast, 20-25 min, until tender, turning once halfway through. Garnish with parsley.
Chef Tips
  • Any red wine can be used in place of Port Wine.
  • Acorn or butternut squash can be used in place of delicata squash.
