Roasted Asparagus with Pine Nuts



  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Toss asparagus and basting oil in large bowl. Arrange in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. 
  2. Roast, about 10 min, until asparagus is tender. Sprinkle with pine nuts; drizzle with lemon olive oil.
Chef Tips
Toast pine nuts in skillet on MEDIUM-HIGH, 1-2 min, until lightly browned. Let cool.
If you’re roasting veggies with other items in the same oven, you may have to adjust veggie cooking time.
