Roasted Asparagus with Goat Cheese & Balsamic Glaze



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add asparagus to parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with basting oil; season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine; arrange in single layer. Roast about 15 min, until lightly browned and tender.
  2. Arrange asparagus on serving platter; top with goat cheese. Garnish with pine nuts; drizzle with balsamic glaze.
