Roasted Acorn Squash with Granny Smith Apples



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place acorn squash on baking sheet with sides. Drizzle with basting oil; top with onion. Season with salt and pepper; mix well. Arrange in single layer; roast 15 min.
  2. Toss apples with syrup in small bowl. Place over roasting squash; roast 15 min.
  3. Top with chopped pecans; roast 15 min or until squash is tender.
