Rappi with Pan Roasted Garlic



  1. Blanch rappi 2-3 min in large pot of boiling salted water; drain.
  2. Add olive oil and garlic to saute pan on MED. Cook, stirring, about 10 seconds, until lightly browned. Add rappi; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 2 min, until hot. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
