Quinoa with Pecans



  1. Heat olive oil on MEDIUM-LOW in large skillet; toast pecans, stirring frequently, 3-5 min, until slightly brown. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add mirepoix to pan; cook, stirring, 5 min. Add butter and basting oil to pan. Stir in quinoa and pecans to heat through, 2-3 min. Serve.
