Quinoa Avocado Salad



  1. Add corn kernels to small pot of boiling, salted water; blanch 2 min on MED-HIGH. Drain; transfer to bowl of ice water. Drain well; set aside.  
  2. Gently fluff cooked quinoa with fork. Transfer to large bowl; add sesame seeds, corn, parsley, sesame oil, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add avocado; toss gently and serve.
