Quick Pickled Mini Cucumbers


You'll Need

Plastic quart-size zipper bag


  1. Put cucumber slices and sesame seeds in zipper-style plastic bag.
  2. Add sauce to bag; press out air. Squish to "toss." Marinade in refrigerator 1/2 hour up to 4 hours. Turn bag occasionally to ensure sauce is evenly absorbed.
  3. To serve: Pat dry with a paper towel; garnish with additional sesame seeds.
