You'll Need

Electric Pressure Cooker


  1. Add rice blend, truffle pate, mushrooms, stock, salt, and pepper to electric pressure cooker.
  2. Close and lock lid; set dial on lid to PRESSURE. Set pressure cooker timer for 25 min on HIGH.
  3. Release pressure using quick release method (carefully avoid steam); open lid. Stir; let rest 10 min. Stir again.
Chef Tips
For more intense truffle flavor, stir in black truffle pate at the end of cooking rather than the start.
