Potato Gratin



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place garlic in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish; drizzle with 1 Tbsp basting oil. Spread garlic and oil evenly over bottom of dish.
  2. Place sliced potato halves, cut-side down, in pan. Pour chicken broth over potatoes. Season with salt and pepper; drizzle with 2 Tbsp basting oil. Bake 1 hour, 15 min.
  3. Remove from oven. Drizzle with remaining basting oil; sprinkle evenly with grated cheese. Return to oven 15 min. Serve hot.
