  1. Add oil to large skillet on MED-HIGH. Add peppers, onions, garlic and oregano. 
  2. Cook, stirring often, 10-15 min. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Looking to prepare this recipe on the grill? Preheat grill on MEDIUM-HIGH 10 min. Clean grill with wire brush. Toss peppers and onions with oil, garlic, and oregano; place in foil pan. Cover pan tightly with large piece of foil, sealing well.  Place pan on grill; close lid. Cook, 15-20 min, until caramelized and soft.
