Kale Chips



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add kale and basting oil to large bowl; toss to coat.
  2. Arrange half the kale pieces on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. 
  3. Bake about 7 min on center rack of oven, until kale is dry and crisp. Remove from oven; season with sea salt and pepper.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 with remaining kale.

  • Use large bunch organic kale - clean, stem, and rough-chop into bite-sized pieces; bake 15-17 min.
