  1. Preheat oven on BROIL. Bring 6 cups water to boil in large saucepan on HIGH; add rice. Return to boil. Cover; reduce heat to LOW. Simmer 10 min. Remove pan from heat; let stand 5 min. (Fluff with fork just before serving.)
  2. Arrange green onions on baking sheet; drizzle with basting oil. Broil 4-5 min. Slice into narrow rings; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Toss rice, mango, and onions in serving bowl.
