Grilled Zucchini with Chipotle Lime Butter



  1. Preheat grill on MED 10 min. Clean grill; coat cleaned grill grates lightly with vegetable oil. Season zucchini with salt and pepper to taste; brush with basting oil.
  2. Grill zucchini 6 min, until tender, turning every 1-2 min and brushing with basting oil. 
  3. Transfer to serving platter; top with butter.
