Grilled Yams with Onions & Peppers


You'll Need

Foil grilling bag


  1. Preheat grill on MED. Toss onions, yams, red peppers, and basting oil in large bowl; season with salt and pepper. Place seasoned veggies in foil grilling bag.
  2. Double-fold open end and place foil bags on grill. Grill, covered, 20-25 min or until yams are tender.
  3. Remove foil bag using oven mitts; carefully open avoiding steam. 
Chef Tips
Make your own bag by placing seasoned ingredients in center of large foil sheet. Bring short ends together; fold twice to seal. Fold and crimp sides to seal, leave room for steam.
