Grilled Sweet Corn, Cabbage & Tomato Salad



  1. Preheat grill on HIGH. Coat cleaned grill grate lightly with vegetable oil; reduce heat to MED. Grill corn, turning often, 6-8 min, until lightly browned.
  2. Transfer to large bowl; cover with plastic wrap, 3-5 min. Remove plastic wrap; let cool about 5 min.
  3. Add cabbage to separate 5-qt bowl; season with salt. Carefully cut kernels from cobs; add to bowl with cabbage. Add mayonnaise, tomatoes, lime juice, and cayenne; toss to combine. Add cilantro and basting oil; toss to combine.
