Grilled Portobellas on Salad Greens



  1. Preheat grill to MED. Mix basting oil and balsamic vinegar together in small bowl. Spoon 3 Tbsp oil and vinegar mixture over "gills" (underside of mushrooms) of each cap.
  2. Grill caps, gill-sides up, 4-5 min to heat through (should be tender but still hold shape and retain juices); remove from grill and slice into 1/2-inch strips.

  3. Divide salad greens onto four plates. Fan mushroom slices over greens; garnish each plate with 2 tomato wedges. Drizzle remaining oil and vinegar mixture over salads. Season with salt and pepper.
