Grilled Peppers & Lemony Green Beans



Preheat grill on MEDIUM-HIGH.

1. Blanch green beans 1-2 min in large pot of boiling, salted water. Drain; transfer to bowl of ice water. Drain and set aside.

2. Grill peppers about 8 min, until char-marked. Transfer to cutting board; julienne and set aside.

3. Grill beans about 5 min until char-marked. Add to bowl with peppers. Toss with lemon olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve at room temp.
