You'll Need

Nonstick foil


  1. Preheat grill to MED-HIGH. Toss olive oil, cauliflower, and tomatoes in bowl. Place veggies on nonstick foil sheet; transfer to grill.  
  2. Grill cauliflower and tomatoes until blackened on one side, about 4 min. Season with salt and curry powder. Remove tomatoes before they collapse.
  3. Close cover; cook cauliflower, about 5 min, until darkened on edges.
